I've heard stories on the difficulties in purchasing a home and the amount of files going back and forth or being misplaced and having to send them again. I did not experience any of the issues that others had. I had the best experience I could have hoped for. Carrie and Donna are wonderful and very helpful.

We have used Jeff and his team 3 times, from buying our first home to doing a streamline refinance and now to refinance and get rid of our mortgage insurance!
